Marketing Associate
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage engaging content for the company’s social media pages, website, and digital campaigns
- Support branding and promotional activities through visuals, articles, and other marketing materials
- Promote job opportunities through digital platforms and community networks, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Coordinate with talents, creators, and influencers involved in marketing and content initiatives
- Build and maintain connections with organizations and communities to strengthen the company’s network of talents and collaborators
- Monitor and respond to social media messages or inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain organized records of talents, collaborators, and campaign participants for future reference and coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content, campaigns, and partnerships with the company’s brand direction
- Track engagement metrics, campaign results, and talent involvement to support performance assessment and reporting
- Demonstrate initiative and a sense of responsibility by addressing unattended tasks or communications to ensure continuous workflow and consistent engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Background or interest in content creation, marketing coordination, or talent management — fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, organized, and proactive, with keen attention to detail
- Able to take initiative and demonstrate responsibility in handling tasks that need attention, even beyond direct assignments
- Comfortable working with various personalities and talents such as creators, influencers, or collaborators
- Familiarity with social media management tools, digital marketing platforms, or content scheduling applications is a plus
- Works well in a team environment and can adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced setup
