Role:
Ensure smooth tournament execution, competitive integrity, and rule enforcement while managing teams, players, and stakeholders in a professional gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Rulebook & Compliance
    • Develop, update, and enforce tournament rules.
    • Ensure clarity and fairness in rule implementation.

• • Match & Tournament Operations
    • Plan and manage schedules, brackets, and rescheduling.
    • Oversee smooth match execution and resolve in-game issues.

• • Team & Player Management
    • Act as the main contact for teams and players.
    • Monitor eligibility and mediate disputes.

• • Pre-Season & Post-Season
    • Handle registrations, scheduling, and playoff planning.
    • Assist in finals preparation and review tournament performance.
  • Performance & Reporting
    • Analyze tournament data and provide insights.
    • Continuously enhance league operations.

 

Qualifications:

• • Experience in esports tournament operations or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of competitive gaming structures.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Effective communication and dispute resolution skills.
