Broadcast Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and operation of live broadcasts and esports events.
• Operate broadcast equipment and software (OBS, vMix, ATEM, audio, graphics, etc.).
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and preparing production documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, talents, clients, and partners.
• Support project tracking and event preparations.
• Ensure broadcast and event requirements are organized before execution.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues during live productions.
• Support Broadcast and Production Managers in daily operations and live events.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in live broadcast production, esports, or events is an advantage.
• Familiarity with broadcast equipment and software (OBS, vMix, ATEM, etc.) is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Leadership potential and willingness to grow into a larger production role.
