Responsibilities

  • Talent Scheduling & Coordination. Organize rehearsals, shoots, and events for talent. Track the availability and calendars of talent, ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts. Arrange travel, lodging, and transportation for talent when needed, especially for out-of-town projects or events.
  • Talent Communication. Keep talent informed of job details, changes, and any other important information. Ensure that talent contracts, agreements, and payment terms are in place and communicated clearly.
  • Talent Management Support. Maintain an up-to-date database of talent profiles, including portfolios and availability.
  • Event and Production Support. Help organize talent for live events, performances, or shows, ensuring they are properly prepared and briefed. Offer support during filming or production, ensuring that talent has everything they need for the project. Manage schedules, coordinate with different departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in talent coordination, influencer management, or relationship-focused roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster and maintain positive relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple engagements
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in talent outreach or collaboration management
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
