Content Producer
Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a highly skilled and creative Content Producer to support our digital, marketing, and brand initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can turn concepts into compelling content and manage production from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and produce multimedia content (video, photo, graphics, reels, short-form and long-form content)
- Lead and coordinate pre-production tasks: scriptwriting, storyboarding, scheduling, and logistics
- Oversee production activities including camera operation, directing talents, and managing on-site shoots
- Handle post-production editing, asset organization, and timely delivery of final outputs
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and project teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals
- Track content performance and recommend improvements based on insights and trends
- Maintain a consistent brand tone, style, and visual identity across all content
- Manage content libraries, raw files, and production documentation
- Stay updated with current digital trends, platform best practices, and emerging content formats
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in content production, multimedia, or digital marketing
- Proficiency in video/photo editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Photoshop, After Effects is a plus)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital storytelling, and audience engagement
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and visual composition
- Experience managing shoots, talents, suppliers, or production teams is an advantage
